Mathematics 4

Starting in Spring 2025, I have been photographing the construction of the University of Waterloo's Mathematics 4 (M4) building as it has progressed. I also have some other pictures from before then. I will update this page as construction progresses.

October 2024: Before

November 2025

I visited the University of Waterloo twice in November 2025 and took pictures of M4 during both visits.

December 2025

Not much progress was made between my late November and mid-December visits.

February 2026

Tarp began covering the structure. The steel beams were complete though the ruffled ceilings were not.

March 2026

Tarp cover was complete. The frame of the far east side of the building was also completed.

April 2026

The tarp was partly removed. More of the ruffled ceiling elements were in place and workers began working within the structure.
